Australian Cotton Dish & Cleaning Cloths - Pack of 2 - 100% Compostable & Made in Australia

Natural, reusable, eco-friendly and zero waste Australian Cotton Dish & Cleaning Cloths by Life Wild. We love this story - the cotton is raw Australian Super Cotton, grown, ginned and spun in Australia, and it's then been hand woven by us in the Moreton Bay Region of Queensland.

They're robust and absorbent, yet soft, textured and easy to dry, making cleaning a breeze. A beautiful solution to disposable, machined or even manufactured biodegradable cleaning cloths, with very little miles between where they were grown and your home.

The best? They've not been dyed or anything other than spun since they left the paddock, saving precious water and other resources. Use them around your home and in the kitchen and bathroom, and with a pack of 2 for each space, you can always ensure you have a clean one for when the other needs a wash.

  • Life Wild: helping you to live more aligned with your values and with nature. We're re-thinking how we use everyday products and progressively working to re-design them to be circular, and better all round. The cotton we use is Australian Super Cotton from Full Circle Fibres. It's been grown by Rogan Pastoral Co in St. George, Queensland, under best management practices. According to Rogan Pastorcal Co, their cotton is some of the longest, finest, softest and strongest threads of upland cotton in the world, and it's been grown, ginned and spun in Australia. What's more, it's in its raw state, and hasn't seen water since it was in the paddock.

Full Circle Fibres was founded by Meriel Chamberlin, a passionate textile technologist, to connect the links from grower to user, and respect the source and the stages to usefulness as gently and carefully as possible. They are committed to using only sustainably and ethically sourced fibres, and we are so delighted to be able to share this great Australian story with you.

  • Approximately 16cm x 16cm, with a loop for easy hanging to dry when needed. As they are raw and not pre-shrunk, they may shrink up to 10% over time with cleaning and washing.

  • Machine washable in a laundry bag. For an even more resource-friendly solution, hand wash them in a basin - add hot water and let them soak with the Soapberries for however long you desire, rinse and air dry.

Please wash before first use. As they are raw and not pre-shrunk, they may shrink up to 10% over time with cleaning and washing.

  • As these cloths are 100% natural, when they are finally done, they can be given lovingly to your compost. Cut them into smaller strands to help them breakdown quicker.
