This website (“site”) is operated by Life Wild (ABN 86 250 608 136). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Life Wild. Life Wild offers this site, including all information, tools, services and resources available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated on this site.
Please note this Policy applies only to products bought directly from Life Wild, and does not apply to products that Life Wild has an Affiliate or other relationship with.
CONSCIOUS CARE AND CONSIDERATION
We've taken great care in gathering our Suppliers to offer our beautiful range of products, but we understand that occasionally things don't turn out quite like we all would have hoped.
That said, it is also part of our values that we want to be increasingly aware of our impact, consume more consciously and live more mindfully, and in keeping with this, we are trying to do things a little differently here, and we would be ever so grateful if you could also consider this when selecting the elements you'd like to add to your life. We don’t want to be a fast buy and return store – we are all for enhancing your ability to live the lifestyle that you really want to, but we don’t want to be destroying all the good we are trying to create through a high return rate, and everything associated with that. Of course, if it is faulty, or if there is something not quite right with it, we would welcome your exchange or return.
Unless terms are specifically stated on any product page, our Exchange & Returns Policy lasts for a total of 14 days from dispatch of your order. After this time we will be unable to exchange items or accept general returns.
If your item arrived in a damaged or faulty state, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the product so that we can work with you to find a solution.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging and be received by us or our Suppliers in a re-sellable state (if it is not faulty).
Please also note that any related shipping costs are at the cost of the customer, except if the item is found to be faulty.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, we will offer you a credit note equivalent to the purchase price to spend at Life Wild within 6 months. The value of the credit note will not include the original shipping costs of your returned item.
In general, we will only offer refunds if an item is found to be faulty.
If your item has arrived in a damaged or faulty state, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the product. To complete any exchanges or returns within our 14-day timeframe, please send an email to email@example.com and include the details of what you would like to exchange or return. We may then send you a Returns Form to complete, along with the address to post your item to, with the completed Returns Form, in the event it needs to be returned to a destination other than our HQ in Mullumbimby, NSW.
The return mailing address may not be the address of Life Wild, as we also operate a dropshipping business model to minimise our footprint. If you are returning more than one item, you may have to send the items to more than one address, consistent with the Returns Forms we send you.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is not faulty, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for exchanging or returning an item. On items that are found to be faulty, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs on these items.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if we are exchanging a product for you, that we have dispatched the new product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us or our Suppliers may vary. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we kindly request that you use a trackable service so that you are able to identify its progress.
If required, your refund for the item will be processed within 5 working days from the date of the determination that we will be unable to replace your item or you are eligible for a refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed, and for the refund to appear in your account. If for some reason you think there is a problem, please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
