Made by Australian company, LovEarth, responsibly in Taiwan and South India. LovEarth believe that plastics have no place in the practice of yoga, and they're committed to making yoga plastic free and better for the earth.
They support a program throughout Australia to re-distribute pre-loved mats to karma classes and projects. Studios and individuals are invited to donate their mats to this project rather than send their old mats to landfill. To date they have re-distributed over 4,000 mats to close to 40 deserving causes such as animal shelters, classes for people going through cancer, free kids classes, mental illness week and for ‘living rough ‘ kits. LovEarth recommend keeping your Yoga Mat away from direct sunlight, as nothing degrades natural rubber quicker than the sun.
It's also a great idea to rinse and dry your feet to minimise any dirt or grime on your LovEarth Yoga Mat.

When loved this product should have a very long life but when it's finally done, it's 100% biodegradable and can be added directly to your compost - cut it up into smaller pieces to help it breakdown quicker.
Or if it's still in a nice condition, you can return it to LovEarth for it to be re-distributed to a worthy cause. Find a drop-off point here, or send it back to LovEarth directly at PO Box 28, Milsons Pt, NSW 1565 (and please include your contact details so we know who to thank!).
