Eyepillows have a lot of uses such as easing headaches and migraines, helping sore eyes and helping you relax and get to sleep easier. You can use them cold, warm or just at room temperature. The small size is prefect for over your eyes or use it as a mini heat pack elsewhere on your body.
To use: Put your eyepillow in the microwave on high for 30-60 seconds. We don’t recommend heating them for more than 1 minute as they become too hot to put comfortably on your skin. The heatpack will last between 30-45 min depending on the surrounding air temperature.
Wheatbags and Eyepillows also make great cold packs. Place in the freezer for at least 30min until it’s cold. Don’t worry, it won’t freeze as there’s no water content! You can even store it in there so it’s always ready. Keep it in a freezer safe container. Then you can use it on sprains and strains where cold is necessary to reduce inflammation and pain.

The eyepillow wheatbags have dry wheat grains inside them, so don’t get them wet. You can use a damp cloth to sponge out any stains and make sure they are dry before you put them away. Store then in a dry place.

Eyepillow Wheatbags are made using natural and organic materials that are biodegradable such as cotton, wheat and organic lavender and rose petals. Every process from cutting to sewing and labelling the bags is done by hand in Melbourne so you can be sure of a local ethically made product that is high in quality.
The packaging is made from recycled and post consumer waste and is recyclable and biodegradable when you're done with it.
